Keenwawa's Privacy Policy

Thank you for your interest in the Keenwawa application for your mobile device (the "App") provided to you by Keenwawa, Inc. ("Keenwawa" "Eatsa" "us" or "we"), our ordering kiosks located in our Eatsa restaurant locations (the "Kiosks'), and our Web site at www.eatsa.com (known as "Site" or "Sites"), as well as all related web sites, networks, downloadable software, and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is displayed (collectively, together with the App, Kiosks and Site, our "Service").

This Policy describes the information that we gather from you on the Service, how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect such information. By using the Service, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy.

This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Keenwawa End User License Agreement and Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the Keenwawa End User License Agreement and Terms of Use.

User-provided Information. When you use the Service, you may provide and we may collect what is generally called "personally identifiable" information, or "personal information," which is information that specifically identifies an individual. Examples of personal information include name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, and credit card or other billing information. Personal information also includes other information, such as date of birth, geographic area, or preferences, when any such information is linked to information that identifies a specific individual. You may provide us with personal information in various ways on the Service. For example, you provide us with personal information when you:

• register for an account, or sign up for our mailing lists or a promotion conducted on the Service;
• post User Content or comments regarding a Keenwawa restaurant, our websites, or other aspects of Keenwawa;
• make a purchase on the Service;
• submit a job inquiry or job application;
• interact with other users of the Service through communication or messaging features; or
• send us customer service-related requests.

"Automatically Collected" Information. In addition to personally identifiable information about you, Keenwawa may collect aggregated data or anonymized data that does not directly identify you. For example, we may automatically collect website use information, such as information about your Internet service provider, your operating system, browser type, domain name, Internet protocol (IP) address, your access times, the website that referred you to us, the Web pages you request, and the date and time of those requests.

Information from Other Sources. We may obtain information, including personal information, from third parties and sources other than the Service, such as our partners, and advertisers. If we combine or associate information from other sources with personal information that we collect through the Service, we will treat the combined information as personal information in accordance with this Policy.

Cookies. When you use our Service, we place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser directory of your computer's hard drive. A cookie is a small piece of information that a website can store on your web browser and later retrieve. The cookie cannot be read by any website other than the one that set up the cookies. Some browsers can be set to reject all cookies. If you choose to modify your browser in this manner, some parts of the Service may not function properly.

Our Service may also use web beacons or pixel tags, which are electronic images that may be used on our websites or in our emails. We use these tools to deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness and to tell if an email has been opened and acted upon

How We Use the Information We Collect. We use information we collect on the Service in a variety of ways in providing the Service and operating our business, including the following:

• We use the information that we collect on the Service to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service, to provide services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions and otherwise to provide support to users, and to process and deliver entries and rewards in connection with promotions that may be offered from time to time on the Service.
• We use the information that we collect on the Service to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users, to improve the Service, and to develop new products, services, feature, and functionality.
• We may use your email address or other information we collect on the Service (i) to contact you for administrative purposes such as customer service, to address intellectual property infringement, privacy violations or defamation issues related to your User Content posted on the Service or (ii) to send communications, including updates on promotions and events, relating to products and services offered by us and by third parties we work with. If you do not want to receive this promotional communications from us, you can contact us to opt out and we will not send it to you thereafter.
• We may also use this information to create personalized promotions by combining your personal information with non-personal information about you, such as the amounts and types of purchases you make or any benefits you receive through our programs.
• We may use "cookies" information and "automatically collected" information we collect on the Service to: (i) personalize our services, such as remembering your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service; (ii) provide customized advertisements, content, and information; (iii) monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Service and third-party marketing activities; (iv) monitor aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (v) track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities on the Service.
• We also may use your information as may be described in a notice to you at the time the information is collected, or in any other manner to which you consent.

We may also use information you provide us for additional purposes as described under "Sharing of Personal Information."

Sharing of Personal Information. Keenwawa uses its best efforts to protect your personally-identifiable information and privacy. We do not sell, transfer or disclose your personal information to any third parties other than for the limited purposes described in this policy.

Keenwawa sometimes contacts other companies for a variety of reasons, such as fulfilling orders, assisting with promotions, and providing technical services for our websites. These companies may have access to personal information if they need it to do their work. However, we will generally obligate these companies to use any personal information only for the purpose of performing their work.

We keep your job inquiries and job applications confidential. However, we may share personal information within our affiliated companies for purposes of evaluating you as a candidate for any openings.

Keenwawa does reserve the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to fulfill your requests, or to cooperate in any law enforcement or similar investigation.

Finally, we may also share aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you.

Your Choices. You may, of course, decline to share certain personal information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality of the Service. You may update, correct, or delete your profile information and preferences at any time by accessing your account preferences page on the Service. If you wish to access or amend any other personal information we hold about you, you may contact us at info@eatsa.com. Please note that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.

California's Do Not Track Notice. Keenwawa does not support Do Not Track browser settings and does not currently participate in any Do Not Track frameworks that would allow any of our sites to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of your personal information. However, our sites do not track any personally identifiable information on our sites unless you intentionally provide it to us (such as when you create an account, opt-in to our marketing lists, or make a purchase).

Keenwawa's Privacy Policy Regarding Children. Keenwawa is very sensitive to privacy issues regarding children. We do not intend our stores or websites to collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us using the contact information provided in the "Contact Us" section of this Policy. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.

Keenwawa's Service Security. We take reasonable steps to maintain physical, technical, and administrative security of personal information you provide to us. Although we take these steps to safeguard your personal information, no system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. In addition, although we generally obligate third parties who support our websites and their related offers or other programs to use any personal information only for the purpose of performing their work, we do not control such third parties' website or other security measures.

In the event you send Keenwawa an e-mail, please remember that the e-mail is not necessarily secured against interception by another party. So if you do not want any sensitive personal information to be subject to this risk (i.e. information that you may supply as part of a job application), please contact us by post using the details included in the "Contact Us" section of this Policy.

Links to Other Websites. Some of our websites offer links to sites other than those maintained by Keenwawa. If you visit one of these linked websites, you are then subject to the privacy policies and other policies of the new website and are no longer protected by our policies. We are not responsible for, or able to monitor or control, the policies and practices of other companies.

Changes to Keenwawa's Privacy Policy. Please revisit this page periodically to stay aware of any changes to this Policy, which we may update from time to time. If we modify the Policy, we will make it available through the Service, and indicate the date of the latest revision. In the event that the modifications materially alter your rights or obligations hereunder, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the change. For example, we may send a message to your email address, if we have one on file, or generate a pop-up or similar notification when you access the Service for the first time after such material changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to the current version of the Policy.
